Kingswood Acres Beach Association
Kingswood Acres Beach Association (KABA) is a community of cottage owners at Kingswood Acres that was formed in the late 1960s to bring property owners together to address issues that were of common concern to all. In 1984, KABA was incorporated as an Ontario Not-For-Profit Corporation.
KABA's mission is to facilitate and enhance communication and cooperation among residents of Kingswood Acres. KABA remains dedicated to protecting the rights and privileges of all property owners who are members.
To become a KABA member, you must be a permanent or seasonal resident at Kingswood Acres and pay the annual membership fee. As a KABA member, you can vote at KABA meetings and you can participate at the annual KABA summer socials.
